  • MOFFITTGREY PTY LTD

    Business branding, template and capability development

    KRG was tasked with a brand refresh for MoffittGrey, that not only revitalised their visual identity but redefined their overall communication strategy. Through this process, we developed versatile templates for documentation, social media and marketing collateral, defined fundamentals like colour palettes and typography as well as outlining the application of brand elements like graphics and photography to ensure a holistic uplift of the MoffitGrey brand.

    Our approach not only improved the overall consistency of their new visual identity but also streamlined their communication efforts, resulting in a powerful and cohesive brand.


  • LOGAN CITY COUNCIL

    Development of regulatory framework includind Cultural Heritage and Environmental policies

    KRG is currently providing project advice on regulatory and approval matters for the Roads Infrastructure Delivery (RID) Branch.

    This engagement considers Local Government, State and Federal regulatory obligations and approvals such as Cultural Heritage, Native Title, EPBC. Through this engagement the KRG team will continue to support the council in the delivery of its portfolio of projects. In addition, this will involve developing a regulatory approvals framework and associated templates and processes.

  • NMK SERVICES

    WH&S Template Renewal and Documentation Development Various Clients

    KRG is currently providing ongoing support to NMK Services a WHS&E consultancy in Darwin. This project focused around developing communication strategy, branding, marketing support, content creation and graphic design services. The KRG team was tasked with updating the existing brand identity and creating a range of templates and documentation.

    The brand uplift focused on developing an identity that resonated with being a woman-owned business in the Northern Territory. This meant balancing both feminine and masculine visual elements in the colour palette, graphic devices, and construction imagery. The team was tasked with designing an identity that could easily translate into the various comms and channels NMK Services was targeting. This meant developing templates and proposals that were flexible, easy for their team to use, and showcased their professionalism and expertise to market.


  • TRANSLINK, STATE GOVERNMENT

    Queensland Train Manufacturing Program, Department of Transport QLD, $9.5 B​

    QTMP was established to meet the increasing demand for rail transport in Southeast Queensland. The Program will deliver 65 new six-car passenger trains at a purpose-built manufacturing facility in Queensland, a new maintenance depot, additional stabling yards and maintenance of the trains for an initial 15 years. Members of the KRG team has provided significant support to QTMP since 2021 including in project roles such as the Enabling Works Project Manager, Local Content and Government Policy Assessment Team Member Roles. This has involved managing a significant portfolio of project work including, enabling road construction, Cultural Heritage Investigations and Negotiations, Native Title, land acquisitions and approvals and geotechnical investigations.


  • ROOF POWER

    Capability statement and CV development

    KRG provided support to Roof Power to embark on a brand uplift journey, aiming to redefine their visual identity and communication strategy. We were able to update and redesign crucial documentation such as capability statements and employee CVs. We crafted versatile templates for their various documentation needs.

    This holistic approach not only enhanced the consistency of Roofpower's visual identity but also streamlined their communication efforts. The result is a powerful and cohesive brand presence positioned to resonate effectively with their target audience in Darwin.


  • SEQWATER

    WSIP Data Coordination, Seqwater, Project Coordinator

    KRG is currently managing the Water Security Investment Program (WSIP) data coordination between 3 large complex Business Cases, project coordinators, project managers and Seqwater internal staff to coordinate data management and transfer from relevant teams. This involves the management of Cabinet-in-Confidence SharePoint location and REX file transfers. This includes development of document transfer process and register to manage interface and document audit trail.


  • LOGAN CITY COUNCIL

    Knowledge Hub and Information System Renewal

    The KRG Team is supporting the review and renewal of a dedicated Information Management System (IMS) called the ‘Knowledge Hub’ go underpin the documentation of the RID Branch and ongoing management of key projects in preparation for a wider Digital Transformation and Information system upgrade.


  • SEQWATER

    Staged Strengthening Project, Internal Gate 1 and Gate 2 Assurance Review, Seqwater

    KRG Advisory supported Water Resources, in undertaking a Seqwater Gateway Assurance review for a combined internal Gate 1 and Gate 2 for the North Pine Dam Staged Strengthening project. This review followed the recent Queensland Treasure review and required a rapid review to support internal review for submission to the Board and the endorsement of the OADBC.


  • SEQWATER

    Seqwater Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Seqwater, QLD

    In the Seqwater IMP Project Manager Role, the KRG team is currently managing the development of the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and underpinning modelling which will form a 30-year horizon strategic plan. KRG is responsible for managing the delivery of the external IMP Consultant Team including governance reporting to external agency, Seqwater leadership (ELT and CEO) and the Seqwater PCG, schedule, Project Management requirements.


  • GLADSTONE AREA WATER BOARD

    Awoonga Dam Improvement Project, Business Case Management

    Our team is currently managing the delivery and authorship of the Awoonga Dam Improvement Project (ADIP) and associated Business Case(s) for GAWB as a significant project for the Gladstone Region. This project will involve the delivery of a Strategic Assessment, Options Analysis and Detailed Business Case in accordance with the Queensland Business Case Development Framework (BCDF) and Project Assurance Framework (PAF) frameworks. As well as undertaking agency and internal working group management. Members of the KRG team are also providing project coordination and editorial support for the business case delivery process as well as supporting the development and drafting of other internal board papers.

    Strategic Business Cases Support, Project Management and Strategic Advisory services

    Our team is currently supporting the development of Strategic Business Cases for a number of projects for Seqwater. In addition, our team is supporting the development of key strategic scheduling and governance activities.


  • DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT QLD

    Queensland Train Manufacturing Program, Department of Transport QLD, Advisor Systems Process and Assurance Support $9.5 B

    Members of the KRG team are continuing to support QTMP in delivering the role of advisory systems process and assurance support. This support focuses on establishing and overseeing systems processes, quality assurance measures, and compliance standards during the design stage of train manufacturing.

  • TOPH (The Online Planning Hub), VIC

    Product Launch

    For TOPH, we delivered a comprehensive brand overhaul and product redesign to elevate the user experience and help drive engagement. Our work included the creation of a distinct new brand identity, accompanied by detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. The product redesign included both UI and UX design considerations, with a focus on intuitive navigation and seamless interactions that support their various user types in achieving their Section 173 planning goals. To support the product launch, we developed a suite of promotional materials, templates, and a public facing marketing website, positioning the brand for a successful product launch.
